Charlie ready to star in FA Youth Cup contest
Good luck to current first year student Charlie Meek today, who is in FA Youth Cup action for Hereford FC tonight!
Charlie, who plays as a forward, and his team face a long trip to Lincolnshire to take on Boston United in the first round of the prestigious competition this evening.
Players of the calibre of George Best, Paul Gascoigne, David Beckham and Michael Owen have all played in FA Youth Cup-winning sides, while other players like Wayne Rooney have used the competition to springboard their ascension into senior football.
