FSE student in 'superhuman' effor at national CrossFit competition
It was a busy weekend for one of our students as Will Halford took part in a national CrossFit competition.
The second year BTEC Sport student was involved in the Superhuman Throwdown 2016 - a mixed pairs event that attracts athletes from across the country - and finished in a respectable 93rd position out of 250 teams!
With exercises involving squats, lunges, down-ups and Olympic lifting, we're pretty sure Will is still feeling the effects after his own 'superhuman' effort!
